Installation:
First time flashing CyanogenMod 13.0 on your device?
1. Perform a nandroid backup of your current ROM (Optional)
2. Flash Fresh_04.12.2014_V1.13.zip via Flash tool via firmware upgrade mode from here 
2.1- you can flash over the AOSP 5 BETA firmware, it works fine for WIKO RAINBOW
3. Download the twrp and rom file
4. Install TWRP 3:https://yadi.sk/d/pmPfandeqTnz6
5. Make full wipe exclude sd card
6. Flash CyanogenMod 13 rom:https://yadi.sk/d/KU3Dd2JTqBUfs
6. Optional: Install the Google Apps addon package ( flash it without rebboot after rom flashing) download here:http://opengapps.org/
7. Reboot

Hi all, finally i found a solution to fix GPS on all my custom kitkat roms..less than 5 minutes and you are ready to go..i ve tested in COLOR OS , MIUI 6 and SLIMPOP v2..working 100%. So lets begin the tutorial:

1-COPY GPS to data\nvram\APCFG\APRDEB and paste here. give permissions like in the image

2-COPY GPS_CHIP.cfg and mtkgps.dat to

data\misc and give permissions like in the pictures

3-download MTK EPO GPS FIXER from playstore:https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=cz.mtrakal.mtkepogpsfixer&hl=en

give root permissions and click on link to download BUSYBOX from google store:https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=stericson.busybox&hl=en install it and return to MTK EPO GPS FIXER and click on UPDATE EPO

4-reboot. you now have GPS working.
