Do NOT ask what these are for here or how to use them, this is not the place to talk about them / ask questions.
I am simply posting these for their use. As you already know, I am not to blame if you mess up your device.

HBOOT VERSION NUMBER (1.33.0001) IS NOT IMPORTANT, JUST WHICH SOFTWARE VERSION (1.15, 2.04, 2.06, 2.07) IT CAME FROM!!!
*** Make sure to do 1 at a time ***
hboot = bootloader
radio = baseband
recovery = recovery
Flashing Instructions
When you download them change the name of the .zip to just PL83IMG (take off the last part) and then flash it like so:
(you do not need to add the ".zip" part to it because the file extension is hidden or you will end up with PL83IMG.zip.zip which is bad)

Step 1) Read all of the red text on this post!
Step 2) adb reboot bootloader
Step 3) fastboot oem rebootRUU
Step 4) fastboot flash zip PL83IMG.zip
*** When it says it is done in the terminal/cmdprompt execute the following ***
[The green bar only fills up about 75% of the way]
Step 5) fastboot reboot-bootloader
