WinUAE 3.4.0 beta 4 - Amiga emulation with even further updates

Another week another Amiga emulator beta and this time Toni Wilen has updated WinUAE to WinUAE 3.40 beta 4. We decided to skip 1 to 3 purely because a number of users had issues which needed to be fixed and we felt it best to give it time to mature some more before we mentioned it here.
