For Bobby's B-day, We here at Grateful Music are Going to Post a Show that is Chock Full of Bobby and Might be my Favorite show Ever. 11-21-73 Denver,CO

I know the whole show was released as a road trips show but it is so good, anyone that hasn't heard it needs to stream it then go buy it as quickly as possible.
Happy Birthday, Mr. Weir. Thanks for playing football and softball and stopping your heavy LSD use at a young age because you still remain a vital and productive artist. This show is one highlight after another and is wrapped around a gorgeous "Playing in the Band" segue-fest that includes, "Wharf Rat", "El Paso", "Dark Star", and "Morning Dew". It is simply some of the greatest playing the Grateful Dead has ever laid on tape. Of course, since it's from 1973, that section is in the middle of an extraordinary second set and an amazing first set. Lots of Bobby highlights.
Bob "Grizzled Western Singer" Weir in 1969. Before he became Bobby Rock Star and now his older, mature, c&w side, there was "The Kid" Lil' Bob Weir.
