"A Night of Healing"

“Hoka hey!” is a native battle cry, that literally translates as “Today is a good day to die.” But the true intentions of the phrase are to inspire that Today is a good day to live. Nahko & Medicine for the People’s latest album, “HOKA”, empowers that exact feeling. On Thursday night the 26th, Nahko & MFTP rolled through The Concord on their Hoka: A Call to ActionTour.

The band took the stage to a sold out, roaring and hyped crowd with A Tribe Called Red’s Electric Pow Wow. This set the tone for the night, that this wasn’t just a concert, but a gathering. This gathering was ready to dance and kept the motion flowing through the entire set, matching Nahko nearly word for word on every track of the night, which were mostly tunes representingthe “HOKA” album.

The band displayed powerful synergy throughout the show, rotating both impressive solos and cohesive climaxes that only seemed to peak higher and higher with the frenzied enjoyment from the crowd. Like the message behind “Hoka,” and the theme to the tour, Nahko encouraged his fans to “Kick ass in 2017” before an inspiring encore of Are You Ready and beautifully done sing-along rendition of Tus Pies.

What is Wiselink ?
This is another tool which can be used in flashing our MediaTek MTK devices. It works basically like SP Flash Tool but can read scatter files which are either in .txt or .sca format.

HOW TO USE WISELINK TOOL?
Download WiseLinkTool v4.1.0.39 or WiseLinkTool v4.6.4.44 OR WiseLinkTool v5.8.0.56

Download and install MTK USB VCOM drivers from here

Extract, install and launch by opening WiseLinkTool.exe inside installation folder

Click on Open RegCode File Navigate and select ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ.key from extract folder
Click OK
Now Click on the button with ... to load scatter file (Scatter files can either be in .txt or .sca format)

Navigate and select the scatter file of the device you want to flash/unbrick or upgrade.

Tick the required partition to flash (Tick all for complete flash or upgrade)
Click Download Button and connect phone to PC
When process is complete,the phone will reboot or start charging depending on the option selected After Downloaded Tab.

Note that first boot after flash

Common Errors after flashing a device
If you have null or invalid imei number after flash, restore with mtk engineering mode app, chamelephon, SN Write Tool or mtk droid tools
If device bootloops after flash process, do a factory reset from recovery.
If screen of device divides/displays funny colours when boot up, use another ROM or Firmware

Los Muertos con Queso came to an epic conclusion on Saturday night. Bob Weir returned to perform two powerhouse sets with Billy and his new project. Bob missed Friday nights show with food poisoning and Jackie Greene filled in.

String Cheese Incident started the last night off with two sets of amazing music. "Search" kicked off four magical sets by two bands in paradise. Life does not get much better than it was for the lucky fans on the beach on Saturday. Bobby returned with the fitting opener "Playing in the Band"into "Terrapin Station". That is how the two guest filled sets went. Anthem after jewels into "Brother Essa". The destination concert ended like all events in life should with a "Brokedown Palace". I hope this band gets another chance to shine. I heard a good bit of the streams and color me impressed. The long strange trip just added another musical mile.

Umphrey's first half was intense considering everyone was anticipating the second set. Joshua Redman sat in on practically the entire first set as well. They opened the eventful show with "2^2" and played an interesting first set. They are a very different band without Jake (obviously), but I enjoy it on many levels. U.M.'s stunning second stanza was a little over an hour of complete improvisation. I just listened to the complete second set and enjoyed it immensely. They would sound like Pink Floyd only for the groove to dissolve before reinventing itself Zappa-esque. The vocal portions of " Jimmy Stewarts" are epic. Finding out the cause of how Butch Trucks passed away broke my heart. The mental anguish and pain he must have been suffering through on a daily basis while bringing so many joy instantly brings a tear to my eye. I suffer with depression and over my lifetime a shit ton of problems. I do not pretend to understand Butch's pain, I only mention it because its 2017 and there is still a stigma around mental illness. Get over it and shine some empathy on a brother or a friend. I am glad Butch finally has peace.
