Phish kicked off it's three night stay at S.P.A.C with an absolute two set masterpiece. The opened the first set with a scorching "Stealing Time From the Faulty Plain" and never looked backed. The fan favorite"The Birds" followed shortly after and started chants of They Attack. Each song was played with extra mustard in this first set from a nice "Cities" to an adventurous"Bathtub Gin".
The second set things got goofy quick with the opening jam vehicles "Sand>Carni>Chalkdust Torture" and Phish left the reservation with ambient jams that turned almost angry at times. Fishman drove the jams out to happy land. After this it was all icing and a rare "Sleeping Monkey" and a closing "Fire" makes for an exciting first night.
